Online Herbal Mentorship Program

Step into your power, one remedy at a time ✨

1 h 30 minOnline via Zoom

What to expect...

This mentorship is for women who want to work on a specific health issue through the lens of the Wise Woman Tradition, as well as for those who are curious about herbalism and want to bring plants more deeply into their lives. Over ten 1.5-hour sessions, you’ll be guided to develop your own knowledge, intuition, and confidence with herbs. Together, we’ll explore the plants that speak to your body and spirit, and I’ll teach you how to: ✨ Craft your own remedies - tinctures, teas, honeys, infusions, oils, and vinegars ✨ Harvest and wildcraft in alignment with the seasons and the Earth ✨ Incorporate herbs into your daily rhythms through nourishing routines ✨ Cultivate a personal relationship with the plants that can support you for a lifetime Whether you’re moving through life transitions like menarche, menstruation, or menopause, tending to reproductive health naturally, or simply longing to connect more deeply with your body and the Earth, this mentorship offers a space for education, empowerment, and healing. How It Works 🖤 You purchase the 10-session Herbal Mentorship package ($2,250) by booking your first session. When you’re ready to book next time, simply select the Herbal Mentorship program and schedule a 1.5-hour session with me. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or at a rhythm that works for you - there’s no expiration. Step into your independence, deepen your connection to the Wise Woman Tradition, and begin creating your own apothecary of remedies and rituals. Warmly, Vanessa

We would like to acknowledge, with gratitude and appreciation, that the land on which we walk and live is the traditional territories of the Sinixt, the Syilx, and the Ktunaxa peoples, and is home to many other indigenous persons, including the Inuit and Metis.
