What to expect...

Dear Wise Women 🌙, The Spring Equinox is a moment of perfect equilibrium- when day and night stand as equals before the light begins to take the lead. Occurring around March 20th or 21st in the Northern Hemisphere, this turning point marks the height of spring’s emergence, when the earth fully awakens from winter’s rest. As the sun crosses the celestial equator, light and dark share the sky in harmony. This equilibrium reflects nature’s deep wisdom: a reminder that cycles of rest and growth, stillness and motion, are necessary for life to flourish. In many traditions, the equinox is a time of renewal, fertility, and planting- both in the land and in the soul. The signs of spring are undeniable. Buds unfurl, rivers swell with melting snow, and early friends-like violets, dandelions, and nettles- offer their nourishment. It is a time to honour fertility, creativity, and equilibrium, to align with the earth’s rhythm, and to set intentions for the season ahead. Just as seeds take root in the warming soil, our own dreams and desires stir, ready to be cultivated under the increasing light. This group is for women born female, dedicated to celebrating the sacred stages of Maidenhood, Motherhood, and Cronehood. Our purpose is to honour and educate on the spiritual and physical aspects of the female life cycle, including menarche, menstruation, pregnancy, lactation, miscarriage, abortion, and menopause. Please bring the following items to enhance your experience- 1. 2 candles with jars 2. Warm and weatherproof clothing 3. A cup 4. Something to sit on (for your comfort during our gathering) Optional Contributions: Feel free to enhance our collective experience by bringing: 1. Food to share at our communal feast, embodying the spirit of abundance and community. 2. Decorations for our altar, allowing you to infuse our sacred space with your unique energy and intentions.
